Courteney Cox + David Arquette, Hollywood’s Friendliest Exes, Are Finally Divorced

Two and a half years after breaking up, Courteney Cox and David Arquette are finally divorced.

The couple split in October of 2010 but didn't actually file for divorce until June of 2012 -- because who really has time for that?

The marriage officially ended on Tuesday, May 28, when the L.A. County Superior Court sealed the deal and kiboshed the 12-year relationship.

TMZ got a look at the divorce docs and claims that both David and Courteney amicably requested joint custody of their 8-year-old daughter Coco, a request that was most likely granted. They plan on remaining friends and working together to co-parent her.

In the meantime, Courtney is now free to be an official resident of Cougar Town, while David has the green light to give all the lap-dances he wants.
