Her series 'Pan Am' may have flopped, but Christina Ricci did get something pretty important out of it -- a fiance. She's engaged to James Heerdegen, a camera technician she met during production.

The 32-year-old actress has been sporting bling on that all-important left-hand ring finger for a while now, and during an event on Friday, Feb. 1, she finally let the marital cat outta the bag.

“Yeah, [we got engaged] a couple months back," she told Us Weekly.

Ricci, perhaps best known for starring in 'The Addams Family' film franchise, has been lying low for a while, but her recent projects include design work with luxury beauty brand Make Up For Ever and a role in this summer's 'Smurfs 2.'

"I worked so much last year that I just really wanted to have some time off to just kind of live," she said. "You kind of need to take time to be a real person."

Christina's engagement makes her the latest actress to hook up with a crew member -- Julia Roberts met cameraman husband Danny Moder on the set of her film 'The Mexican,' and Jessica Alba made the acquaintance of her husband Cash Warren when he was a director's assistant for 'Fantastic Four.'

See, guys? You don't have to be famous to land yourself an actress. Get some technical skills, pay your union dues -- and keep your fingers crossed.
