Things went down (to subterranean levels) on the Twittersphere over the weekend, as Chris Brown responded to taunting from comedy writer Jenny Johnson by completely deleting his account, which is the online version of "I'm taking my ball and going home."

The whole thing started when Brown tweeted that he looks old despite being only 23. Johnson replied to the rapper, “I know! Being a worthless piece of sh-- can really age a person.”

It all went downhill from there, with Brown's witty repartee including comments about how Johnson should remove her teeth when she's giving him a blowie and then threatening to poop and fart in her eyes (what?). When he called Johnson a "hoe," she responded by correcting his spelling. Because we're all pretty sure he didn't mean to call her a garden tool.

The entire NSFW exchange is here.

Since Johnson's vitriol was rooted in Brown's infamous beatdown of Rihanna, his last comment said, "Just ask Rihanna if she mad??????" And then he wiped his account -- and not for the first time. Which means he'll probably be back once he's done playing the martyr.

Despite receiving death threats from his fans, Johnson isn't backing down, recently posting, "According to Team Breezy, if you have a difference of opinion with someone, 'eating a d---' is the cure for any and all problems. #Knowledge"

We're glad the internet is finally being used for its intended purpose: allowing people to trash talk each other from around the globe. Just as Al Gore intended.
