Katherine Heigl has tortured movie-goers with films like 'The Ugly Truth,' '27 Dresses' and pretty much everything since 'Knocked Up.' Now her home will haunt whomever buys it for the asking price of $2.6 million.

The Colonial features four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and was recently fully remodeled, yet it's only being sold for $109,000 more than its 2007 purchase price. So it's a steal if you have a couple million bucks just lying around.

Items of note include vintage light fixtures, thicker than normal crown molding for your servants to clean, a fireplace in the master bedroom and a spa and smallish pool in the backyard. The listing claims it's "reminiscent of Architectural Digest." Glowing description, that.
