Julie Benz is known largely for her television work, playing the vampire Darla on Joss Whedon's 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' and 'Angel,' and starring as the wife of the titular serial killer on Showtime's 'Dexter.' She can currently be found on the SyFy series 'Defiance' as Mayor Amanda Rosewater, where her luck has hopefully turned around and she won't be killed off so easily this time.

Maria Bello is more of a film kind of gal, having starred in 'Coyote Ugly' and receiving two Golden Globe nominations for her work in 'The Cooler' and 'A History of Violence.' Of course it's not all gold -- she also took over the role of Evelyn O'Connell in 'The Mummy: The Tomb of the Dragon Emperor' when Rachel Weisz (wisely) refused to return to the franchise.
