British character actor Philip Davis isn't England's Gary Busey, because as far as we know, he doesn't think Hobbits are real and he certainly doesn't write songs about them for Usher to sing. However, that doesn't mean he'll ever escape his striking resemblance to the crazed one.

Gary Busey is one of our favorite lunatics and a spokesperson for why you should always wear a motorcycle helmet. Now he stars on reality shows opposite Donald Trump and makes YouTube videos, but once upon a time he was an actor known for 'The Buddy Holly Story,' 'Lethal Weapon,' 'Predator 2,' and 'Point Break.' Don't get us wrong, he still gets acting roles, but 'Piranha 3DD' is nothing to write home about.

As for Philip Davis, you probably don't know who he is unless you're a fan of BBC dramas. In which case you probably recognize him (or not) as Lucius the sculptor in the 'Doctor Who' episode 'The Fires of Pompeii,' the big bad in the very first episode of 'Sherlock,' as the skilled knife thrower/assassin on 'Merlin' and as Captain Hatch/the Devil in the final season of the far superior and original 'Being Human.'
