Reality show host and ‘Beverly Hills 90210’ alum Tori Spelling was hospitalized for emergency surgery last weekend after experiencing complications following an August 30 caesarean section to deliver her fourth child, Finn Davey.

Actress Kathy Bates has undergone a double mastectomy. Bates, who nabbed an Oscar in 1991 for her spot-on portrayal of a romance novel lovin' nut in 'Misery,' was diagnosed with breast cancer several weeks ago. After much consideration, she elected to have both of her breasts removed. But there is a silver lining to this dark cloud.
