That in and of itself shocked us. But her red hot dress, with its long, flowing train, was a stunner. Credit where it's due: She looked gorgeous.

That lovely British songbird Florence Welch of Florence + the Machine realizes she has to often dress for her flame-hued hair. Green is always a safe choice, so she rocked a slinky, second-skin, emerald green Givenchy gown at the 2013 Grammys.
But the shiny fabric with the "horns" sticking out everywhere made it look like she donned a cartoon dinosaur skin.
