We’d Like to Exchange Numbers with Armani Model Caleb Halstead – The Daily Swoon
Sometimes you come across photos of a male model and you’re just like, “Uh … huh …” and you forget what words are for a minute. That’s how we feel about Caleb Halstead.
This guy makes me feel like a cavewoman who has to develop language for the first time. When I found these photos, I let out an audible “Guh.” I think that means I’m on my way to inventing the words “OH MY GOD.”
Meet Caleb Halstead, a model for Armani Exchange, Abercrombie and Fitch, and Azul Jeans — among many others. Caleb also does runway work, obviously, because who doesn’t want to see this guy in motion?
He graduated from high school in 2006, where he previously earned letters playing in various sports, duh. At just 19 years old, Caleb was nabbed by IMG when employees there snapped some Polaroids of him on the spot and declared him model-worthy. He’s currently represented by both Wilhemina models in New York and Nous in Los Angeles and continues to expand his portfolio with tons of glorious print work.
Bonus: I found this cute Armani Exchange video interview with Caleb, in which he doesn’t wear a shirt for half the video and also reveals himself to be a horrible dancer, but I’m sure you can overlook one of those things.
