Amanda Bynes earned her mugshot in 2012 after the troubled starlet clipped a police car (bad form, Amanda, bad form) and wound up with a DUI charge.

Afterwards, she hilariously took to Twitter and told President Obama that he should fire the arresting officer because “I don't drink.”

In other words, she wasn't drunk — she drives that badly sober.
